To request a return, simply message us on WhatsApp at (-------). Once your request is placed, a rider will pick up your package within seven business days. Depending on your preference, you can receive a cashback, store credit, or a bank transfer. Store credit is processed instantly, while cashbacks and bank transfers may take 6 to 7 business days.
+ How can I replace a product?
To request an exchange, simply message us on WhatsApp at (-------). A rider will collect your package within seven business days of your request. After inspection, if the product is unused, your requested exchange will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days. Please note that exchanges are only allowed for different sizes or variants of the same product.
+ Do I have to pay for shipping charges when replacing a product?
If you believe you've ordered the wrong size, type, or variant of a product and would like a replacement, you will be required to pay the shipping charges.
+ What will happen if my return request is not approved?
If your return request is not approved, we will inform you of the reason. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the original product will be sent back to you.
