Return and Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are without original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Certain personal care items, skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene-related products are non-returnable due to safety and health regulations.
Process for Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at 03249985061 or email at infoherocean@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your Order Number and clear photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your return request is approved,Her-Ocean will cover the shipping charges for both the pickup and the re-dispatch of the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy
We offer two options for refunds:
Store Voucher: Get a voucher equal to your refund amount, valid for 3 months, redeemable at Her-Ocean.
Cash Refund: If you prefer, a refund to your original payment method will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours after return approval.
